project definition
Project definition is working with Clients to develop their project objectives and translate
these into the optimum engineering solution, financial model, procurement methodology and
programme. Fundamentally, if you don’t know where a project is, you cannot accurately forecast
out-turn. We can define where the project is now and what has got to be done to it to move it to
where the Client wants it to go.
project leadership
Our aim is to support the Client move the project forward. Successful projects require strong leadership and we bring long experience of managing large and complex projects. We will advise Clients on management structures and leadership strategies that create clarity and remove uncertainty in the project delivery process.
design & interface management
As projects become more technically complex and performance requirements become more demanding, there is a critical interface between the design and construction, operation and maintenance teams involved in all major projects that requires careful management. We act as the bridge between the Client and the project consortia, managing design risk and streamlining the decision making process.
project turnaround
We are regularly engaged where projects have suffered delays or cost overruns. We identify and communicate to our Clients what has gone wrong, and calmly and logically implement the turnaround plan to drive the project forward, using professionals who are best placed to bring about the desired result. We provide our most senior and experienced consultants, working closely with the Client, to direct the turnaround team and get the project back on track.
