Director of Resources

Jon is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 year experience within the construction industry. Prior to joining HPR, he was a Director at the Institution of Civil Engineers where he had been responsible for HR, Membership and Knowledge Transfer. Before that, Jon was an officer in the Royal Engineers, serving both in the UK and Europe.

Jon is the Director of Resources, taking responsibility for resourcing and supporting the full range of professional services offered by HPR. This responsibility includes the recruitment and development of professional staff to fulfil the needs of our clients and our business, whilst also striving to create challenging and rewarding career opportunities for both new and existing employees.
