How we do it: Our culture

HPR Consultants are independent, authoritative and expert. They have exceptionally broad project experience in their own discipline field and are skilled at working across the interfaces between the financial, contractual, programming and technical issues. Our projects are always demanding and we expect our consultants to respond to that challenge. We operate a formal blended learning programme, which we call the HPR Consultant programme, to provide our staff with the professional breadth and depth they need. We are proud of our commitment to the continuing professional development of our staff, who follow an agreed plan for their own development through a mix of project experience, mentoring, formal and informal training and external activities. We operate a sophisticated electronic information management system, coordinated through our skill group leaders, to provide staff with new and historic project knowledge, wherever they are working.
