We train our consultants at all levels in the HPR team to provide leadership and direction in the decision making process, and to be skilled at evaluating where projects are and how to move them forwards. We recruit from across the sector and, through our HPR Consultant programme, we broaden their skill base and keep our staff up to date with new developments in the field.
